Once you select and pay for a service, we will contact you to schedule a time and day to have your jewelry item picked up. Your jewelry is insured throughout the entire journey and there are no hidden shipping fees!

HOW DOES THE PRICE QUOTE WORK?

We assign your service order to the most compatible repair expert in our network. Once the item is inspected, we will send you a personalized estimate. Once you receive the estimate, you approve only the work you want.

HOW DO I TRACK MY JEWELRY ITEM?

Once you ship your item, you will receive regular photo and video updates of the repair. We understand that it can be unnerving to send your jewelry to a stranger. That’s why we enable you to track your item all the way up to its safe return.
